The FIAPE - Estremoz International Agricultural Fair is one of the biggest events related to the agricultural and handicraft sector in Alentejo. Every year, the event takes place in the fairs and exhibitions park of the city of Estremoz, with a vast exhibition of Agriculture, Olive Oil, Wine and Gastronomy. The Wine, Regional Olive Oil and Alentejo Cuisine contests are the highlights of this celebrated annual Alentejo exhibition.
TerraOlivo is one of the three most important and influential olive oil competitions in the world and brings together annually 438 companies and 5000 products and 69 tasters representing 23 countries. Israel's international competition includes hundreds of brands in the Top 10, Grand Prestige, Prestige Gold and Gold categories. And it was here, competing with the best olive oils in the world, that Dom Borba olive oil won the Gold and Prestige Gold medals (Dom Borba - Extra Virgin Olive Oil Selection).
International olive oil competition “Athena” - In the international competition that bears the name of the Greek goddess Athena, who planted a sacred olive tree in the Acropolis of Athens, our organic olive oil won a Silver medal, in confrontation with the best olive oils from all the countries of the Mediterranean Basin. The prize was awarded by an international jury composed of members of a technical committee from Greece, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, USA, France, Brazil, Argentina and Portugal.
